Ashley Xu has spent her career where brands meet people.
She trained as a designer at Parsons, later earned an MBA, led brand work as an executive at a Fortune 500 company, and then started companies of her own. Today she works with early-stage startups on branding, storytelling and community, and on taking them into new markets.
She has lived in China and the United States, and is now based in Europe.
