These terms apply to pointnord.net and to the Point Nord episodes, clips and articles published on it. Point Nord is operated by FIG Ventures, Helsinki, Finland. By using the website you accept these terms.
1. Our content
The episodes, recordings, texts, photographs, design and the Point Nord name and logo are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. They belong to FIG Ventures, to our guests or to our licensors.
You may listen to, watch and read the content for your own use, share links to it, and quote short passages with a clear reference to Point Nord. You may not copy, republish, sell or otherwise use the content commercially without our written permission.
2. Text and data mining
We reserve all rights to text and data mining of our content, including for training artificial intelligence systems, as permitted by Article 4(3) of the EU Directive on Copyright in the Digital Single Market. Contact us if you would like a licence.
